Rules and Terms of Service

Unless stated otherwise, you must pay before I begin. If I do not receive the proper payment within 24 hrs of your form being submitted, your order is invalid and I will not begin

I can and will refuse orders from anybody if I am not comfortable with with what is being requested to be made. I do not care if you offer to pay extra.

Rude, abusive and/or manipulative behavior will not be tolerated. It will result in me stopping your order, no matter the stage.

You will not receive a refund if this kind of behavior occurs and I stop your order.

This behavior includes and is not limited to: consistent degrading and swearing in a harmful manner, directing anger towards me, attempting to guilt trip me for any reason, etc.

You are allowed to ask for a WIP at any time, but the progress of my work for you will be linked in original carrd.

I’ll send you a concept sketch for you to approve before I begin lining and coloring

I’ll post the finish product to my socials. If you prefer I not do this, please say so in DMs, I can assure you, I do not mind ^^

You must credit me for the design and reference sheet wherever you post your new character (just the first time)

You can do whatever you wish with your character EXCEPT resell them for a higher price you paid unless you have contributed to the increase of their value via redesign, art, etc (scribbles do not count in this scenario)

You must credit me for the art I make you, wherever and whenever you post it. If I do not have account for that site, credit/link my Twitter or DeviantArt

If you trace my work or claim it as your own, it will result in an immediate blacklist and block.

You can use your art for personal use like backgrounds, cover images on social media, profile pictures, etc. Commercial use for your art will be discussed in DMs upon request, before purchase.

100% refunds are available if I am unable to complete your commission, for whatever reason.

40-100% refunds are available if for any reason you no longer want or are unable to keep your order.

100% refunds are available if I have not begun your commission and no refunds are available if the commission is past the coloring phase when you cancel.

The refund amount varies depending on how close I am to completing (40% if beginning to color, 50% if beginning to line and so on)

I will send you proof of my progress if and when this situation occurs so you can be assured I am not cheating you out of your money.

When your behavior violates and written rule, I will stop your order and you will not be receiving a refund (restated from above)
